All of Laura’s availability is listed through online booking in our Jane App portal. Don’t see availability on the day you need? Add yourself to her virtual waitlist and you will be automatically notified if there is a cancellation on your preferred day.

Booking Policies

  • Payment

    Please note that we accept cash or e-transfer. E-transfer payments must be sent via online phone banking to curlyhairvictoria@gmail.com upon completion of your service and received by Laura before you leave the salon. If you’d like to e-transfer from your home computer that is no problem but we require you to prepay before your appointment.

  • Online Booking and Cancellations

    All bookings are done online through the Jane App. We require a credit card number on file to book. Please make changes or cancelations to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance online through the Jane App. For cancelations made with less than 48 hours notice please call or text Laura at 778-533-9443.

    * Please note that cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancelation fee, depending on the circumstance. Mutual care and respect for each other’s time is of the utmost importance. No showed appointments will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are feeling unwell, regardless of the time window, please reschedule as the cancelation fee will be waved.

  • Recuts and Refunds

    We don’t offer refunds but we DO want you to love your curly cut! If for whatever reason we didn’t nail it we would be happy to make any necessary adjustments to make it right, at no charge. Please book under “Recut/Refine.”

    This service must be booked within 1 month of your original service with Laura.
